How does pricing work for property managers?
Pricing is per property. All-in-one is $15 per property per month and includes every module plus 1,500 monthly AI credits per property. Or build your own plan from individual modules: AI Messaging $10, Premium Operations $8, Premium Guidebooks $5, and Premium Direct Site $5 per property per month. Paid plans have a $30/month minimum.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever and includes the messaging inbox, automated cleaning scheduling, AI guidebooks, a task manager, multicalendar, dashboards, team chat, mobile apps, and unlimited team members. Direct bookings are available at a 3% commission and upsells at 4%. The Free plan includes no AI credits.
How do AI credits work?
You earn 100 AI credits for every $1 you spend on your plan each month. Credits power AI features like Ask AI, AI workflows, and AI employees. With All-in-one or the AI Messaging module, AI guest messaging is unlimited and never consumes credits. Need more? Credit packs start at $20 for 5,000 credits. Larger packs earn bonus credits — +10% on $500+ and +20% on $2,000+.
What's the difference between All-in-one and Build your own?
All-in-one bundles all four modules for $15 per property per month — less than the $28 they cost separately — and adds 1,500 monthly AI credits per property. Build your own lets you pay only for the modules you need. You can switch between the two at any time.
How much does the AI Phone add-on cost?
AI Phone plans start at $30 per month and include a pool of Phone Credits shared across calls and texts — pick the tier that fits your volume. AI usage is billed separately via your AI credits.
What happens when I add or remove properties?
Your bill follows your connected property count automatically — add a property and it's included on your next invoice; remove one and you stop paying for it. Modules can be added or removed at any time, with charges prorated. You can cancel anytime.
How do commission rates work?
On the Free plan, direct bookings carry a 3% commission and upsells 4%. With All-in-one or the Premium Direct Site module, the direct-booking commission drops to 1%, and upsells drop to 2% on paid plans. Commissions are in addition to standard Stripe payment processing fees.
