Connected Teams

Overview

Connected Teams let you grant another ProhostAI account scoped access to part of your data — without actually adding their team to your account. Useful for outsourced operations: "give the cleaning company visibility into our properties' cleanings without giving them the inbox."

When to use it

• Outsourcing operations — cleaning, maintenance, or concierge agency
• Working with co-managers — you handle some properties, they handle others
• Owner partnerships — a property owner has their own ProhostAI account but you're the manager

For internal staff, use Roles & Permissions instead.

Setting up

Open Team → Connected Teams. Send a connection invite to the partner account. Once accepted, configure:

• Listings — which of your listings they can see
• Features — Inbox / Tasks / Cleanings, etc., scoped per their needs
• Permission level — read-only or write access

How team mentions work across accounts

When a teammate from a connected team is @mentioned in your conversation, they get notified — even though they're a member of a different account. The mention pool spans both accounts.

Revoking access

Either side can revoke at any time. Revocation removes data access immediately.
