Connect your Wyze account, assign each lock to its listing, and every reservation gets its own access code with a validity window built from the stay dates — set ahead of check-in, removed after checkout. Where the lock supports it, the code is the last four digits of the guest’s phone number; otherwise a safe random code steps in.

Guests get their code without you touching anything: a template variable drops it into scheduled messages and the digital guidebook. And if a code ever fails to set because the lock is offline or the battery died, the attempt retries automatically — the moment the lock comes back online included — while you’re alerted in the meantime, so problems surface early rather than at the doorstep.

Connecting Wyze takes a few minutes:

1. In ProhostAI, open Smart Devices and choose Connect account.
2. Pick Wyze in the secure connection window and sign in with your Wyze account credentials.
3. Your locks sync in with battery and connection status.
