Webex shows up in property management when the property arm sits inside something bigger: a corporate estates team, a hotel group with an IT policy, a facilities operation attached to a larger business. The decision was made elsewhere, usually years ago, and it is not up for review.

In those environments the tooling is not a choice, and an AI assistant that only works with consumer-grade tools is not usable. The requirement is to fit the stack that already exists rather than ask for an exception to it.

Webex connects through OAuth against your organisation, and may require administrator approval.

1. Open ProhostAI and go to Settings → Connections.
2. Search for Webex and select Connect.
3. Sign in to Webex and approve the permissions.
4. Ask what meetings are scheduled to confirm it works.
