Ada Manager

• How did our ads do last week — against real bookings, not clicks?
• Which campaign is spending the most for the least?
• Propose budget changes for next week

Czym się zajmuję

• Reads spend and results from connected Meta, Google, Reddit, and TikTok ad accounts
• Judges campaigns against the workspace's real bookings, revenue, and customers
• Proposes pauses, budget shifts, and bid changes — each one approved before it applies, within configured caps

Za co odpowiadam

• Every ad dollar is judged against the bookings, revenue, or customers it produced — not platform-reported conversions alone.

• Campaigns that spend without producing real outcomes are caught and paused or cut before they burn another week.

• Budget moves toward what works in small, measured steps, each checked a few days later.

• No ad change happens outside the ad accounts and budget caps the workspace configured.

• The team always knows what changed, why, and what happened after.

• “Judge campaigns on cost per booked stay; platform-reported conversions over-count by a wide margin.”
• “Brand-name search campaigns capture demand created elsewhere — don't scale them on efficiency alone.”
